How many days will my order be shipped?
Orders are generally shipped within 1-3 business days. It may vary during holiday and campaign periods.
What are your patterns like?
Our molds are generally wide. Sample size measurements are included in the product information. The difference between sizes is 4 cm.
Are there returns and exchanges?
You can request a refund within 14 days after sending the product to us, and an exchange within 30 days. There are no exchanges or returns for special tailoring.
Do you do custom sewing?
We sew our existing products according to your size or make longer or shorter works according to the height measurement you have given. Special sewing cannot be done on products for which fabric stock is not available. You can get information about the product you are considering custom-made by contacting us beforehand.
Is the showroom always open, how can I come?
The showroom is open between 09:00-18:00 on weekdays and 09:00-13:00 on Saturdays. Since service is provided by appointment, we recommend that you contact us in advance. The showroom is centrally located in Kabataş and you can get information from our WhatsApp line for the exact address and directions.
Can I shopping without singing up?
You can shop without being a member. If you become a member, you will be the first to know about discounts and campaigns.
Do you send products abroad?
We ship products abroad through our contracted cargo companies.

We work with MNG cargo company.
Which payment methods can I use for payment transactions?
You can pay cash on delivery, online credit card and money order/EFT for your purchases via the website. Payment for custom tailoring works can only be made via money order/EFT.
